Who PageMax is for.

PageMax runs the online presence of Irish law firms: the website, the writing, the enquiries, and the firm's visibility in Google and AI search. How clients find a solicitor is changing, and different firms feel that change differently. Here is where the platform fits.

Personal injury and medical negligence firms

This is the platform's deepest work. The intake assistant understands claim windows, so an enquiry arrives with the time that matters already worked out, and it treats every injury enquiry as health data by construction: names and details go through a secure form, never the open chat, and only the people who should see them ever do.

Advertising in this area is tightly regulated, and the platform is built to that standard: every AI-written page is checked against solicitor advertising rules before a human ever sees it. The result reads as reputation, careful pages that explain the law plainly and hold up to scrutiny, because in injury work the client chooses the firm they trust.

Established general-practice firms

A firm that practises across conveyancing, probate, family, employment and litigation has the visibility question multiplied by every one of those areas. PageMax holds them all in one system: one website, one consistent voice, depth built area by area, and one place where every enquiry lands, pre-read and ready to assign.

And it never wanders. The engine writes only within the areas your firm actually practises; a signal from outside them is treated as a mis-directed enquiry, never as strategy. The site grows into a fuller version of the firm you already are.

Firms with no marketing function at all

Plenty of firms have nobody whose job is the website, and PageMax is built for exactly that firm. It is a managed service: you ask for what you want in plain English, a named solicitor at your firm approves it, and everything else happens.

There is no CMS to learn and no agency to chase. The system proposes the work, drafts it, publishes on approval and reports back in plain sentences, so the firm gets a working marketing function without hiring one. Your partners' time stays on cases.

Different firms. One rule.

Whichever of these firms is yours, nothing publishes without a named solicitor's recorded approval, the record of who approved what cannot be quietly rewritten, and your firm's data is never used for another. The platform adapts to the firm. The rule never does.

If your firm is somewhere on this page, the next step is a conversation.
