Built for Irish law firms
Win more of the right clients, in the AI era.
PageMax gives your firm a fast, custom-built website; in-depth content you manage in plain words, written with the Law Society of Ireland and LSRA advertising rules in mind; and an AI intake agent that captures enquiries. You run it, you stay in control. Built for Irish practice.
PageMax is rolling out to Irish firms now. No obligation, your details kept in confidence.
- Built for Irish solicitors
- Law Society and LSRA aware
- Named-solicitor authority
- You stay in control
The shift
How your clients choose a solicitor is changing.
-
01
They ask more, scroll less.
More and more, a person with a legal problem asks ChatGPT, a Google AI Overview, Perplexity or Gemini which solicitor to instruct, in plain words, then reads the reply. A growing share of searches end without a click to any website at all.
-
02
The answer is the shortlist.
When someone asks, the assistant replies with a firm, or a handful. That reply is increasingly where the choosing begins. The firms a client sees are the ones that are present and credible in that answer.
-
03
Findable and good are not the same thing.
A client can only choose from the firms the answer puts in front of them. A good reputation built over years does not automatically show up when someone searches online or asks an AI, so a firm increasingly has to be visible there too, not only well known in its own area.
What you get
Everything your firm needs, in one place you control.
-
01
A website designed and built for your firm.
A custom, modern site built for how law firms actually publish: practice areas, solicitor profiles, news and insights. Designed around your firm, not a template and not a generic agency build.
-
02
Fast pages.
Engineered for speed on every device, because speed is the first thing a prospective client feels. A fast site holds attention, while a slow one quietly costs you enquiries before a word is read.
-
03
Practice-area content you manage.
PageMax drafts in-depth, practice-area content, written with Law Society and LSRA advertising rules in mind and carrying your named solicitors' authority. You edit it in plain words and publish.
-
04
An AI intake agent on your site.
A smart assistant that answers visitors' questions and turns a ready-to-act reader into a qualified enquiry, the way Irish firms work: request a callback, not a self-serve calendar.
-
05
See what is working.
A clear dashboard from attention to enquiry, so you can see what is being found, what is being asked and what is turning into instructions. Your data, in plain terms, whenever you want it.
-
06
Secure and built for GDPR.
Your site and your data are handled with security and GDPR in mind, the way a regulated firm needs. Your content and your data stay yours, with formal data-processing terms set out at onboarding.
Built for Irish practice
Made to protect your reputation, not gamble it.
- Written for Irish practice areas and Irish clients
- Aware of Law Society of Ireland and LSRA advertising rules
- Named-solicitor authority behind the work, never anonymous copy
- Nothing that touches your reputation goes live without your sign-off
- You run it: review, edit in plain words and publish on your schedule
- Your content and your data stay yours, never locked in an agency black box
Why it works
One reputation, now read by both.
The signals that earn an AI recommendation are not a separate discipline. They are, almost exactly, the signals that have always built trust with human clients: clear expertise, demonstrated experience, named accountability, and consistency wherever you appear.
Build genuine authority with the people you serve and you are, by the same act, building the credibility that helps you show up when a client looks. There are not two audiences pulling in different directions. There is one reputation. The work is yours; PageMax gives your firm the tools to build it and put it where clients can see it.
Questions
The ones a careful firm asks.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
No. PageMax is not an SEO or rankings tool. We do not chase or track rankings. It is a system your firm runs to publish in-depth content, capture enquiries on your own site and see what is working. The outcome we care about is qualified enquiries, not positions on a results page.
Will this put my reputation or practising certificate at risk?
Everything is aware of Law Society of Ireland and LSRA advertising rules, carries your named solicitors' authority and goes out only with the appropriate professional sign-off. Your reputation is the asset we are built to protect, never to gamble.
How much of my time does it take?
You keep the judgement; PageMax removes the production. It does the drafting and the build, so what is left for you is reviewing what goes out under your name, editing in plain words and publishing when you are happy. That sign-off is the point of the product, not a chore to rush past.
What about my current marketers or web provider?
PageMax is a system your firm runs itself and sits alongside whatever else you use. It is not an agency you hand the keys to and does not ask you to rip anything out.
Why early access and not just sign up?
PageMax is open to any Irish firm. We are rolling it out in stages while we onboard each firm properly rather than all at once, so early access just means we set you up with care. No exclusivity, no obligation.
Will you also work for a firm I compete with?
Possibly. PageMax is open to any Irish firm, so a firm near you may use it too. What stays true is that your site, your content, your firm's own expertise and your named solicitors are yours. No other firm can copy them. What PageMax builds is built around your firm, so it works for you.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your firm's size and how much of the system you use. There is no obligation in requesting access. We will be straight about the cost before you commit to anything.
How do you handle our data and our clients' enquiries?
Carefully and only to run the service for your firm. Your content and your data stay yours. Formal data-processing terms are part of onboarding, so you have it in writing before anything goes live. We are happy to walk your firm through exactly how it works.
