Please email from your work address, so we can find your login.
Report a problem from the app
In the PageMax app, open Settings and tap Report a problem. Say what you were doing and what went wrong. The app sends your words with the app version, your phone's model and system version, and the names of the last screens you opened, but not what was on them. We may email you at your work address if we need to know more.
What to tell us
- Your name and your firm
- Whether you use the app on iPhone or Android, and the app version, which is shown in the app's Settings
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- When it happened, and whether it happens every time
Please leave out client names and case details. We can help without them.
If a phone is lost or stolen
Sign the phone out on the dashboard's Sign-in and security page, at app.pagemax.co/dashboard/security: find the phone under Phones and choose Sign out this phone. Your firm's administrator can sign out any phone at the firm on the same page, under Your team's phones.
Once a phone is signed out, it gets no more alerts and cannot reach your firm's requests, and the app deletes the requests saved on it the next time it connects. Until then, the requests on it stay encrypted and open only after your fingerprint or face.
If you cannot sign in to the dashboard, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. Setting a new password signs out every phone on your login. You can also ask your firm's administrator, or email us.
Signing in
The app uses your PageMax login, the same one as the dashboard. There is no sign-up in the app. If you do not have a login, ask your firm's administrator.
Your data
How PageMax handles personal data in the app and the dashboard, including recordings and problem reports, is in our privacy notice. Your firm's agreement with PageMax covers the service it receives, and our terms of use cover this website.
For a law firm's clients
If you got in touch with a law firm, please speak to that firm directly. PageMax does not give legal advice and cannot help with your matter.
